In this project we (the class) had to re-create or remix something. Wether it was two songs, a picture into a polygonal portrait ( what I did ), or pretty much anything you could think of. I did a A polygonal portrait. A polygonal portrait is pretty much crystalizing a picture of something, mainly someones face. I did a professional surfer named John John Florence. Enjoy!

Triangles Step OnePretty Much we stared off with picking an image putting it in photoshop and covered it with triangles. We had to put the triangles on a different layer in order to delete the image and the the triangles. We had a choice of picking what color our first triangles can be as long as they aren't the same color as the face.

Triangle Connections Step 2After getting the triangles done we had to go ever them with a different type of line. By this time we had switched over to adobe illustrator where the other steps are done. After covering the triangles with different lines we had to connect the horizontal and vertical points of the triangles that way there are no blank spaces.

Coloring Final Product Step 3Once finished with the connections we un-hide the actual picture and fill in the triangles with a color like the actual face. Once finished it should look like this. Over all I was surprised with my ability to do this. I thought only pros could do this and then I realized I could do it if I put my mind to it.
